* AD/HD International Forum2008 The International Forum hosted by AGN and CHADD at the CHADD conference on November 12, was a great success. * ADHD Iberoamerican Forum2008 (Foro Iberoamericano de TDAH) The Iberoamerican Forum had its IX Annual Meeting at CHADD Conference, in Anaheim, California, November 12, 2008. The session was conducted in Spanish and focused on providing current science based research information and treatment plans for individuals with AD/HD in Spanish speaking countries. * Award to the Foundation ADANA of Barcelona The Ediciones de Mayo Editorial House awarded the ADHD foundation in Barcelona, Spain (ADANA) the prize for Best Informative Communication to the Patient for its great work on information and dedication in the last ten years. Their advocacy work has helped and continues helping the families of individuals affected by ADHD, as well as the health and education professionals and the society as a whole to achieve a change of perspective towards the disorder and its treatment.
The award was presented on May 31 in the GranTeatro del Liceo Barcelona, with the presence of governmental authorities.
